What stays here, and what doesn't

My Broker Deals is the broker-facing portal for INFINITI City of Queens and Kia City of the Bronx. Dealership staff work the deal in their own system. Brokers don't get an account there.

Stored on this site

• Your account: name, company, email, phone, and a hashed password.
• A stable broker id that ties your deals to you.
• For each deal: the dealership's deal id, store, fleet manager, stock number, customer name, delivery date and time, status, timestamps, documents on file (names and counts only), and any note or decline reason the fleet manager made visible to you.

Not stored on this site

• Uploaded files. They're checked for type and size, then forwarded. They are not saved on this server.
• The credit application, including Social Security numbers and dates of birth. Those fields are sent to the dealership during the request and then dropped. They are not written to the database and are not written to the logs.

The dealership encrypts the credit application on their side. This portal never receives it back.

Who can see your deals

You see only your own deals. Administrators on this site can see broker accounts (name, company, email, phone, and whether the account is approved). They do not get a view of credit applications, because those are not here.

Password reset

If email is configured, a reset link is sent to your address and works for one hour. If email isn't configured, a production server will not show the link on screen.
